Here Caxton is moored at Stourport, on the R. Severn pontoons, basking in the October sunshine. We cruised for an hour or so just to get the feel of the boat. The marine surveyor will check Caxton next Thursday and all being well, we will travel down to Stourport, through the basins and start our journey up the Staffs and Worcs canal on Friday next.Sunday, 19 October 2008
