Many Happy Returns! And what a great moment it must be - waking up on your own boat on a fine Autumn morning (well, it is in Surrey) and feeling the freedom of the cut.Sue, Indigo Dream
Happy Birthday, Joe!
Happy Birthday Joe - must say I was shocked - I thought both of you were the same age as us, not just Lesley. must say you are loooking gooood!!!! xxx
Not till next year as he has past the cut off date,I think its September. When I claimed mine I had to send my birth cirtificate to them.Brian
And a very happy birthday from Vic and me too, or should that be Vic and I?...Whatever, you will enjoy for sure Joe, no more annoying bus fares for you, and hey all your coal is paid for this year!Sue
Thank you everyone for your kind comments re Joe's significant birthday! I have down loaded the form so he can claim our 30 bags of coal but the bus pass is going to be more tricky - where are we resident? Nowhere. If we use the correspondance address he has to present himself in person to Bourne Council Offices armed with a utility bill and birth certificate - we are getting our heads around this one!Lesley
Happy Birthday Joe.....oooooo free coal as well as wood.....you lucky man!!! Hope you had a fab day
Give them a ring and tell them you can't afford the bus fare to come to them! Sue
Hi Both, Just catching up on your blog and see that it was Joes birthday the other day... So a belated happy birthday to you Joe. It's great to see that you are both happy bunnies with your life on Caxton. I really enjoy following your travels. Take care, Cathy sends her love. Regards, John.
Hello the Pavster and CathyThank you for the birthday greetings. How funny that you have posted a comment today, we were only talking about you both at lunchtime and how we shared both an Indian meal and a Chinese with you both. We wish you both well and trust that you are still 'not eating much John!'Take careLesley and Joe.
