My lovely little Pentax is now residing at the bottom of the cut. It slipped out of my pocket minutes after I had photographed Nb. Balmaha, a fellow blogger, passing us. So my blogger-spot entry hasn't got the requisite photograph now.
We had been geocaching and walking yesterday, infact we were just about back to the canal when we heard a boat breaking the ice and as the bow came into view I recognised the distinctive bow flair decoration of Balmaha. Coincidentally, the last entry in the geocache we found was signed by Sue on Nb. No Problem, yet another blogger.

Oh no!!! Does that mean no more photos?! Joe needs to buy you a new one, smartish!! By the way - well done for standing up to that bloke who said that Fletcher has attacked his dog - he doesn't seem the sort to attack anyone! It was probably the other blokes dog that got agressive as he was on the lead. We've found that most dogs are fine if they meeet off the lead (they feel threatened when on the lead as they know that they can't run away)

Sorry to read about your camera. Did you try looking for it? Bones lost hers recently and Maffi managed to fish it out with a landing net! Hope replacing it isn't too much hassle.
Hi Pip
I feel a camera hunting trip coming on tomorrow as we are iced in but I do have a Nikon SLR so there will still be photo's.
As for Fletcher, he barked at the other dog - it was NOT an attack but there you go...
Hi Halfie
We tried the landing net and the sea searcher but to no avail so it is off today to buy a replacement!
